Gonna buy 5 copies for my mother...

It's not quite the cover of The Rolling Stone, but this pic is on the front page of the Town of Nags Head's web site today with this caption: Nags Head Fire Chaplain Rick Lawrenson gives an invocation during the Veterans Day ceremony held at Town Hall on November 11. Walter D. Fillmore, Brigadier General (Ret.), US Marine Corps, was the guest speaker. More photos can be found under News & Information.

This is a must for baby Gwyneth's baby book. A great way to teach her about serving as well as remembering and honoring those who serve. That is an important part of being a Pop- Pop. And I know this because I hang out with a really cool Pop-Pop!

Isn't your head supposed to be uncovered when praying, reading scripture and/or addressing an audience?

I was thinking military and/or public service event proto call.... not Bible.

I'm not sure what military protocol is (although I need to find out). But Bible trumps protocol.
